Time Blocking
Find two days a week & block off two hours each.

On Sunday night identify your 3 goals.

Plug in your goals to the blocks of time.

Complete one goal during the first block.
4
Complete the second goal in the second block.
5
Complete the 3rd goal with left over time. If you aren’t able to get to it, make it your #1 goal for the next week.
